There is second councling in Srm ,can I get CSE in Chennai ,I got rank 4201 in srm exam

Yes there are high chances of getting CSE branch in Chennai campus.But there is only one factor that could lessen the chances and that is if all the seats of that branch is filled in 1st round itself.
