Not much dear, during the time of document submission, inform the coordinators about this issue and do carry your 10 results for accurate age proof and they will tell you how to overcome this problem.
If there is a problem in your year of birth then this mistake is of much concern else if there is problem in month or date then it can be resolved easily you have to put in the years of head or to the collges once you will get admission and you have to sign a grievance letter for your mistake and mail them your corerect date of birth
