thosw who have done MSc Computer Science through distance education are eligible for GATE or not ?

Hello student yes you're eligible as eligibility criteria says - Candidates must have passed graduation in engineering / technology or Masters degree in any relevant science subject. There's no upper age limit in GATE Entrance examination.

Yes you are eligible for GATE exam. Even through the distance education, a candidate does receives the degree. So you're eligible to apply for GATE.
