Mbbs admission through management quota is only possible in private and deemed medical college. Not in a government college. As there are around 78,000 seats and the total number of applicants is around 13 lakhs. The total number of eligible students every year is around 6 lakhs. As you can see from the above stats the medical seats are very less and demand is very high. There are around 5000 mbbs seats (govt and private ) with around 1600 seats in private medicalcolleges out of which 45% seats would be for management quota so I would say your chances of getting a seat even with management quota is not much however as far as i know if your name is not there it is possible that your name might be there in the second round if enough seats are left vacant so dont give up.
