To appear in all round of UPSEE counselling is not compulsory but you must have to appear in first round counselling as to appear in first round of counselling is compulsory...
If you don't appear in first round of counselling then you will not be considered in any further rounds
If you don't appear in first round of counselling then you will not be considered in any further rounds

No it isn't. Counselling rounds like 2nd and 3rd rounds are for students who are not happy with their seats given to them in the first round or students who haven't got a seat in the first round.Hope this helps
