Hello dear!
Class XII marks have no bearing on the ranking and seat allocation.It is mandatory for the candidates to secure at least an aggregate of 60 % in pysics, chemistry and mathematics.
The admission authorities conduct admissions to B.Tech programmes through channels like Jee Main, Undergraduate Engineering Entrance Examination - UGEE CSD/ ECD/ CND/ CLD/ NK/ NTSE or KVPY, Olympiad, Direct Admissions for Students Abroad (DASA) and Special Channel of Admission (SPEC). IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech admission process is based on the counselling through the above-mentioned channels. However, the institute conducts one entrance test for B.Tech admissions UGEE and SCA tentatively in third week of April. Candidates who will qualify the entrance examination will have to appear for interview on the basis of which they will be offered seats in the institute
