Hello,
You cannot get a job in PSUs after diploma because one can get into PSUs through GATE.
And the eligbkty criteria to appear in GATE examination is that The applicant should at least be a Graduate. For most of the posts the eligibility is Science Student (B. E., B. Tech., B. Sc.) with 60% marks.
