Well , thAnkz for asking .I think your neet score is quite below the average level of marks obtained this year by students,so getting a MBBS seat would be very difficult task But as far as applying is concerned ofcourse you can apply for counseling both at Alq and state level .
Also I would suggest you to apply for BDS and other courses considering your score.
