Food processing technology by P. J. Fellows (for Technology principles)
Fundamentals of Food engineering by D. G. Rao (for engineering related problems)
Objective Food science by Sanjeev Kumar Sharma (for food facts and objectives)
Fennema's Food Chemistry (for food biochemistry)
