1. If you are in local area, or either your parents was born in that region before 01.01.2013 , or either your parents lived in the local area for more than 10 years prior to 01.01.2013 or had their name either in the electoral list or ration card that is or onwards any immovable property on pr before 01.01.2013 in the local area.
2. In case where a minimum educational qualification has been prescribed for admission :-
• If you have studied in an educational institution in local area for a period of not less than ten consecutive academic year ending with the academic years in which you appeared. Or
• where either your parents has studied in an educational institution in such local area for a period not less than 10 consecutive academic year.
3. A women (from outside Hyderabad - kerala region) who marries a local person also becomes eligible for the benefit.
