It is a very reputed college with very good placement records from many years.If you score good marks in your semester exam then you will surely land up getting some good packages.
Although,the average package offered to students is 6-7 lakhs per annum and the highest package is 25 lakhs this year offered to some students.

According, to careers 360 BIT Mesra has AAAA rating which means very good.
Ratings are based on Placements, Faculty, Cut-offs of national / state level Entrance exams, Accreditation and Reward status and Publication record from Elsevier’s indexing database - Scopus.
As per officials, during the year 2016-17 120 recruiters visit campus and overall a total of 915 offers were generated.
The average salary was INR 6.83 lakhs per annum and the highest national offer was 26.97 lakhs per annum.
