A drugstore is required to obtain drug license both from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) and the State Drugs Standard Control Organization. For that you need a B. Pharma degree to open a business. You’ll need a rental agreement or/and Ownership proof of premises with a minimum area of 10 sq m. The store must have a refrigerator on the premises.
