what are the required marks for getting into the collage

You didn't mention the category you belong to dear so am assuming you from general Category.
It's really difficult to predict how much marks will fetch you a seat in AIIMS as this will be the first time when admission in aiims will be through neet examination.
Also marks required to get into Aiims depends upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc.
So , if you want to get into Aiims you should target to get at least 650+ marks , better you should target around 700 marks in your neet examination if you want to be on the safer side .
