What does the field "College Prefered After Mop-Up" refers in UP Mop-Up Round counciling? Why it don't have government colleges in it?

Dear aspirant, it means that the colleges you want or prefer to get seat in after the mop up round. It does not have government colleges because all the seats have been filled up already and if the seats are filled in the college then for allotement of seat the college will not show itself.
