Hello,
Mop up round is basically for filling up seats in central or deemed universities. In this round, you basically have to select a single college according to your preference and which state of college you want to. You also need to have the domicile of the state you are applying for.

So you mean the one college i will select in preffered college after mop up i will be alloted that college. And what if i dont get that college then what?

The college you will choose, you will be alloted that only if only you have a good marks and have crossed the required cut off for that college. The cut off for mop up round of your preferred college will depend on no. Of students, vacancy, marks.
