In Delhi University for admission in the course of LLM, allocation of the course is done basis of Merit cum preference. Hence in the even of any subsequent counsellings there is any change in the course opted by any student, it can be reallocated based on the availability along with his merit and preference. So the reallocation process in the admission portal might be in reference to that.
