B. Com which is an undergraduate course offered by DELHI UNIVERSITY , offers admission on the basis of CUT OFF lists prepared by the university on the basis of your merit in 12th board exams. Affiliated colleges release cut off lists untill the seats offered by them are filled, it means they release couple of lists. So, if you are not able to take admission in your choice of college you can wait for the next list and try again.
