Hello Aspirant,

According to eligibility here is some notifications

Candidates need to qualify in JEE mains with valid rank. Candidates who have not been allotted any seat in JoSAA counselling and also who did not participate in it canparticipate in the special rounds of CSAB2020 to be allocated a seat in the IITs, NITs, and GFTIs.

So according to this csab councelling is last round of you did not participate in this councelling you will loose change if councelling.
