the qualification criteria for appearing in NEET and being eligible for its counselling and verification procedures is getting 50% piece in physics, chemistry and biology in your class 12 board examinations and even if you are appearing under category 5 as in your pursuing your degree course in some pure sciences at the bachelor level, even then whether you pass or fail in such a degree course for which year you are in should not matter and you can be rest assured that you are not face any problem due to that and will be completely eligible for the neet examination on the basis of your class 12th score

So CODE 05 is used  by Students who are pursuing their graduation or in the 1st year of three years course from a recognized university having the subjects PCB which includes practical tests in all three subjects provided the examination is a University Examination. And those candidates also who have passed their exams in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology along with a level English not less than a core course in class 12th.
Now that you worry about qualifying BSc 1st year, you must not worry because for you, the qualification will be considered of class 12th since you Bsc will not be completed at the time of admission. Bsc will not be considered as your highest degree of education.
