Yes, you can leave the seat allotted to you in the 2nd Round of AIQ Counselling, if you don't want to take admission in the allotted college.But remember, if you take admission in the allotted college of AIQ 2nd Round, than you can't leave it later in any way.
It's just to check seat blocking by candidates. If you don't take admission the seat shall be reverted to state quota then.So, it's better not to waste any seat like this.
