Hey Pankaj,
If you forget to provide your CW certificate at the time of your admissions you won't be able to enjoy the benefit of CW quota and won't get admission under that category. At that time you'll atmost have will to apply as a general category person and will only be admitted if you've scored that much percentage as required by that college for general category candidates. So it would better for you to not take a risk and do remember to take all your required documents.
