Dear Student,

As you have not mentioned the college name, I cannot tell you the exact fee reimbursement policy. Although it depends on the college, mostly they repay the fee if you drop out before a specified date. Also you are not asked to pay fee for a particular course before the final cutoff list for all courses is out.

Kindly consult with the college authorities to know the exact procedure.
