Hello,
Actually cut offs are change in every year just because some variation in some factors like number of student appeared, question difficulty level, number of seats etc etc.
But as per the previous record one must score under 2000 to get IIT MADRAS. So basically the aspirant must score 50% average to get into it. But the marks is change about the cast basis.
