B.El.Ed stands for Bachelor of Elementary Education and in this 2 year undergraduate course people are trained to teach children of the age group from 6-12 years including those with learning disabilities. This course is divided into 4 semesters and after the completion of this course one can get a job as a teacher to teach the students upto primary level. Hope this helps.

Bachelors of elementary education (B.El.Ed) is a four year integrated professional degree offered by University of Delhi only for female students. This programme focuses on fulfilling the need for professionally qualified elementary school teachers and is designed in such a way that you'll learn about human development, communication skills and pedagogical techniques.
You'll be eligible for teaching children from class 1st to 8th, you can also work as a curriculum developer, content designer etc in school systems. You can also pursue research in elementary education in both non government and government sectors.
