In India, the job opportunities for both of them is very limited and you will find very difficult to get even any core job. I would suggest to chose this as career only if you have intrest else don't go for it.

Aeronautical engineering is Engineering which complete deals with the study of the objects within the Earth's atmosphere such as airplanes, helicopters etc. Also aircraft designing is one of the major part of the aeronautical engineering.

Aerospace engineering engineering with completely deals with the study of the objects outside the earth's atmosphere such as rockets, satellites etc.
