What is JENPARH exam? I'm from u.p and I want admission in NILD Kolkata for bpt course. I'm eligible for this exam or not as I'm from u.p?

Joint Engineering Entrance Examination, which is conducted every year by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board for admission to the various undergraduate courses.

By giving WBJEE JENPARH 2019, candidates can get admission into BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, BPT, BASLP and B.Sc Nursing degree programmes under various government/ private Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, Medical College, nursing/Physiotherapy colleges/institutes of West Bengal state.

In my opinion you are not eligible for this exam as you belong to UP and eligibility criteria specified for JENPARH requires Indian citizens who have the valid domicile certificate of West Bengal and should fulfill the local and non-local requirements.
