All the states are participating in the NEET 2017 & will fill their 85% seats of MBBS/BDS colleges through state counselling, while the remaining 15% of the seats will be filled through All India quota counselling .

There are a total of 5 Government Medical Colleges in Mumbai and 2 in Nagpur. I am assuming from your question that you wish to know information for Grant Medical College, Mumbai and Government Medical College, Nagpur.
If you are asking the NEET 2017 Cutoffs for ST candidates who secured admissions in these colleges through the All India Quota, then please find the information below:
For Grant Medical College, Mumbai
AIQ NEET Cutoff Rank: 11,978, NEET Marks: 546
For Government Medical College, Nagpur
AIQ NEET Cutoff Rank: 47,717, NEET Marks: 452
Now when it comes to State Quota seats, please note that various reservations apply at Maharashtra state level including for gender and regional domicile. Maharashtra conducts admissions on the basis of 3 regions - Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest Of Maharastra (RoM). Out of the 85% state quota seats, 70% of the seats in colleges in each region are reserved for candidates of that region. Only the remaining 30% seats are made available for non-regional candidates.
Apart from these, 1/3rd seats in all categories are reserved for women.
Grant Medical College offers 70% of the state quota seats to Rest of Maharashtra candidates while Government Medical College, Nagpur, offers 70% of the state quota seats to Vidarbha candidates.
As per NEET 2017 seat allotment conducted by Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Maharashtra, the last ST male candidates seats to be allotted seats under both 70% regional quota and 30% non-regional quota for the above mentioned colleges are as given below:

300 for GMC Mumbai
326 for IGMC Nagpur
