What is overall seat increment in NIT/IIIT/GFTI since 2018 to 2019. Can I deduct this seat increase in my CRL to predict Branch n college?

Well what is being stated is that there is a 10 percent increase in the number of seats for EWS category students. If you want to be college specific then go check the seat matrix on JOSAA website.
As far as IT is concerned, you can get CSE in north eastern NITs and NIT Srinagar maybe.
Core branches such as metallurgy maybe available in some better NITs such as NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur, NIT Jamshedpur,IIEST shibpur etc.
