PGDM - postgraduate Diploma in Management is 2 year programme offered by most of the universities and B- schools. This course mainly focuses on providing practical knowledge of Management and it is equivalent to MBA .
So generally MBA course tends to be more theoretical whereas PGDM focuses on the technical aspects , which provides exposure to real life business.
