The pre university course is an intermediate course,also known as the 10+2,of two years duration,conducted by the state education institutions or boards in India.A person desiring to get admission to an Indian university must pass this course.Admission to this course is based on marks obtained from the SSLC,awarded after successful completion of five years of primary school,followed by five years of secondary school.
