145+ For UR. You will become eligible for Management quota seats in pvt medical colleges (Fee 70-90 lakh.Some in crore). If u want to go through merit in GOOD pvt Colleges minimum 430+ (Fee 35-50 lakh). If You want a govt college 500 will be Safe (Fee 50 Thousand approx).
