Hi Rajesh,
Jadavpur University is one of the best universities of India providing one of the best ROIs due to its extremely low fees.
For B.Tech, the fees are Rs 2400/- per year.
You have to give WBJEE and rank below 1000 to be able to get a proper seat.
The cutoffs vary for different streams and if you let me know which stream are you interested in, I would be able to assist you better.
