What is the aiims mbbs criteria??
hi , here is the eligibility criteria
- Nationality: Indian Citizen, OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) and Foreign Nationals.
- Age: The minimum age limit is 17 years as on the 31st December of the year of admission. Students born on or after 2nd January 2002 are not eligible to apply.
- Qualification: Passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects. Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam can also apply.
- Minimum Marks: Students must have obtained a minimum aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects which is 60% for general/OBC and 50% for SC/ST/OPH candidate

AIIMS eligibility criteria

To fulfill the AIIMS MBBS 2018 eligibility criteria, the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The minimum aggregate of the marks General and OBC candidates need to have scored in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their Class 12 or HSC examination must be 60%.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OPH category should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in these four subjects in their Class 12 or HSC examination.

Candidates with CGPA grades only will have to apply the conversion factor in the AIIMS MBBS 2018 application form. The Conversion Factor should be as approved by their respective Examination Boards.

Foreign candidates nominated by the Government of India are required to have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in their Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination.
