Dear aspirant,
All the IITs have same fee structure. But they differ in certain aspects such as in hostel fees and some other fees too. But they at the most differ by 1L from the typical iit fee. Generally in course of four years almost 10.5-11.5 lakhs is the fees of a general candidate.
