I would like to first share how the placements are possible, why do large corporations come to campuses to recruit the fresh students.

The companies always need fresh talent to move upwards, the fresh students make the perfect cut in their requirements. But it is imperative that the university/ college does have required curriculum, teaching pedagogy , technology, exposure and projects which make the students understand the requirements of the corporate.
