what is the best course after +2.pcmb 58persent mark

You are saying your percentage is 58.As my point of view the percentage is doesn't matter if you have confidence and all.

Even though they are some courses like B. Tech and degree  when compared to your percentage you can choose anyone above mentioned.

In B. Tech they are some courses like computer science and mechanical and electrical and electronics as per your interest.
