LPU is a private university with a very solid finances and vision, Naturally it is not difficult for LPU to invest in highly resource intensive programme like Aerospace which is pursued by a very small number of students due to niche area! Aerospace is a very resource and investment intensive programme to run. LPU is way ahead of any university in Aerospace engineering space.
For research and exposure purpose LPU has setup Center for Space Research with Mission Control facility which is a first in Indian education space.
# LPU has set an ambitious goal of developing a satellite LPUSAT-1, which will be launched next year (2021)
# The Center will enable students and researchers to communicate with the International Space Station (ISS), download live satellite images, and receive telemetry, Science/engineering data from nano-satellites and larger spacecrafts
# The Center will act as a key facility in the field of space research for LPU as well as a virtual lab for Universities, Colleges and Schools in India and the neighboring countries of India

LPU students also get to visit NASA every year, many times they have been awarded too !

What does all this mean? Clearly LPU is ages ahead of any other university. All this, coupled with the unmatched record in curriculum development and placements makes LPU a clear choice for aerospace programme.
You need to have 60% minimum in 12th and clear LPUNEST, the cutoff for which depends upon the number of applicants, overall result and no. of remaining seats, so it is dynamic.

Dear student,
You need to apply for LPUNEST exams to take admission at LPU and the cut off for this exam varies year to year depending on students applyings, seats availability etc.If you have qualifies JEE Mains with a minimum of 80 percentile then you will be exempted from giving LPUNEST however you can avail scholarship benefits through it
Which cut off do you want?
LPU takes LPUNEST (their own exam) & jee mains score.
In jee mains, you need to just clear the cut offs, then you can definitely get aerospace engineering at LPU..
Good luck!
