The cutoff of IIIT hyderabad is really very high. One need to have extemely very well rank in order to get any branch in it.

Last year closing rank for jee mains in general category was-

Round 1 in CS for IIT HYDERABAD in JEE MAINS is 280 and the rank is around 400.

Till the last round cutoff goes up-to 257 equivalent to an AIR rank of 1000.

Electronics and Communication last round cutoff goes up-to 210 marks ie up-to around 5000 rank.

The overall IIT HYDERBABAD ALL BRANCH cutoff goes up-to approx 195 marks and 7000-8000 rank.
