Fee of various IIITs are different.Also fee gets changed each year little bit.I am providing you fee structure of IIIT Allahabad for one semester:Annual fee=2500,Semester fee(Tution fee+examination fee+gymkhana+Medicare)=60k,Mess fee=15k.Total fee for one semester is around 77k.Total fee for 4 years will be around=77k×8=6.16lakhs.
Few structure changes each year.And also fee structure of various IIITs are different as mess fee and accommodation fee is different for different IIITs.
