what is the difference between OBC creamy and non creamy catagory according to gate exam will creamy is directly equal to general category?

OBC and OBC Non Creamy are regarded as two different categories by the Indian Central Government. Any candidate belonging to the OBC category and having a family income less than 6 lakhs per annum belong to the non creamy layer and are entitled to the benefits of reservation. In GATE examination, Creamy layer is almost equal to General category.
