Hey Aradhana.
There is no difference in admission criteria for admission in Delhi University or any of it's affiliated colleges at all in terms of candidates from Delhi State and Candidates from outside Delhi state. Delhi University is a central university ie funded by the centre and hence there is no reservation or any kind of special benefits given for admission to candidates belonging to Delhi for admission in various courses like BCOM, BA, BSC etc.

Please specify the course first. From the ones I've mentioned there is no extra reservations or benefits of being a delhi resident in DU.
