As per the NEET 2018 application guidelines, candidates should keep the following details in mind with regard to photo and signature:

For Photograph

• File size can be between 10 KB and 100 KB

• Format should be .jpg

• Should be a colour passport size and taken on a white background

• Should carry the name of the candidate and date of taking photograph in print at the bottom

• Must be taken on or after January 1, 2018

• Candidate should not be wearing cap or goggles. Non-tinted specs are allowed.

For Signature:

• File size can be between 3 KB and 20 KB

• Format should be .jpg

• Should be done in running hand with black or blue pen on a white background

You are correct in saying that the dimensions for the signature box haven’t been specified. Just ensure that the photograph shows your face, name and date at the bottom with clarity. The standard photo dimension in most exams (including NEET PG) is 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm while the standard size for signature box is 6 cm x 3 cm. So following these guidelines should help you successfully submit the form.
