It totally depends on the university. Kindly,let me know in which university you want to pursue your PG degree. There is different cut off for different university.

The cut off is based on the entrance exam which you need to appear and on the basis of that a merit list will be released. The cut off will highly depend on various factors such as the total number of candidates,difficulty of the paper, quota, etc. Hope it helps!
