Cut off is decided based on various factors such as difficulty level of the paper, no. Of candidates applied, no. Of candidates passed, etc. Previous years the cut off was about 32 in 2018, and this year it is expected to be around 34. So for Kolkata general category cut off may be around this . But you should wait for official announcement.
