Hope you are doing well and congratulations on clearing the Delhi university cutoff.
If you are clearing the cutoff, then within a time period of 3 days after the cutoff is released, you have to report at the College you want to take admission in. Do not forget to take all your documents with you and a print out of the application form of college, you have to get your documents verified in the college, it will be a process of an hour or two and after the verification of documents and some formalities, the college will confirm your admission and you then have to pay the fee on your portal.

Congrats if you are above the cutoff marks.
When you qualified for admission, you can go to college in whichever college your marks match. Take all your documents and go to admission section there. Take print out of application form of both Delhi University and college. Submit that application form along with your documents. Pay the fees and take receipt.
