Since you have not mentioned any specific branch the cut off for ldce for sebc is generally around 3k according to pprevious years cut off which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity , though i would like to say if we look at previous years cut off you have chances of getting a seat till final rounds though nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity it will completely depend on the fact that how many no of applicants are before your rank and how many seats are available.
