What is the procedure for 2nd round tscouncelling agin we should go for certificate verification even though it is done on first councelling

This is done only in the very first round. From the secise rounds onward you need to check that only counselling is attended and for that you need to apply to it and appear fir that on the Day that is being given to you. So do apply to it and have a great future ahead. Good luck! All the best!!
