Yes u can apply since ur marks are good enough but u might get chance in private colleges but it totally depends on ur rank also.
For admission ur jee mains rank will be considered and some cut off will be there for ur board examination as well which is mostly 60%.So, after that only u will get admission in the college u want. Hope my ans was helpful!!
