What is the process of quitting AIQ SEAT and go to the STATE QUOTA SEAT?

Hello Jameel, if you want to quit a seat you got in All India Counselling, you should opt for free exit. You should go to the college where you have been alloted a seat and surrender the seat within the informed timeframe. And then do not participate in further rounds of All India Counselling. You can attemd State Counselling and take the seat that has been allotted to you if you are interested in it.
