The cutoff marks for Tamil Nadu medical colleges depends on total number of NEET aspirants who appeared for NEET 2020, the difficulty level of the question paper,number of seats available in the MBBS and BDS colleges of the state and marks scored in the exam. It also varies with category and assuming you are general candidate for top government colleges like Madras Medical College or Tirunelveli Medical college the qualifying cutoff is 600-650. As far as other govt. colleges are concerned 500+ can be considered as a safe score to secure your chances.
